If you have a project with Zeus Electric, changes are handled with a change order.

Zeus Electric may or may not have other projects going at the same time as your project, but Zeus Electric always meets the agreed-upon timeline in the contract or otherwise discussed.

If a price has been agreed upon for your project, it is all-inclusive. For troubleshooting calls, time starts when Zeus Electric arrives, and when Zeus Electric finishes, that is the hourly amount, and you will be charged accordingly.
